Clary sedimentation tank is a specially designed tank with hopper bottom base with pit and drain arrangement. Straight inside area provided for perfect gravity settling. The tank is made up of MS structure duly coated with epoxy and FRP body. It is designed for various capacity as per the demand and the requirement of the customer. The tank is particularly used for the aeration, flocculation and sedimentation. The sludge which deposit in the bottom pit can be drain out in the regular inter of time.

Commercial Water Purifier medium type is designed particularly for Soda, Soft drink and beverages industries and food products manufacturing industries where pure water with proper dis infection is required. The plant can be made with various capacity as per the requirement of the customer contain the FRP wave Cyber vessel with top and bottom opening mounted on a metallic skid. The process is controlled by side mounted multi-port valve with filter, backwash, bye pass and rinse facility. 20 inch pp spun micro filters in pp housing are kept for the polishing process which screen up to 1 micron. The treated water is then passes through UV 38 watts made of Philips Holland with quartz jackets, SS 304 housing with flange system, balister control panel and necessary indicators.

When the treated water requirement is more than 25000 and above MEC designed commercial plant of any capacity say 2 lakhs, 5 lakhs etc… FRP wave syber vessel is used only up to the 2 lakhs litter per day requirement. Here 60 NB multi-port valve with filter backwash by-pass and rinse facility. The dossing if required can be done with the help of dossing pump. Here softener is kept for the softening of the water by using Ion exchange resins. The resin can be regenerated with the use of saline water and can be used again and again.

For the requirement of above 2 lakhs litters, that the MOC of the vessels become MS with FRP lining inside and epoxy coating outside and one CR coating to resist UV. The top and bottom openings of the vessels are designed to have flange system for easy maintenance and re filling. The dish end size depends up on the amount of water required per hour. Instead of the multi-port valve here we used metallic valves like butterfly valves for controlling the flow and back wash operation. The design have done in such a way that it occupy the least area, user friendly operation and least maintenance.

MEC manufacture commercial water purifier of above 5 lakhs litters per day requirement for commercial complexes, housing societies, large hotel projects etc… Based on the raw water analysis, we incorporate the process operation. The MOC of the body is MS and all the pipe lines are also metallic with FRP lining inside and epoxy coating outside. The flow direction are controlled by butterfly valves. The media length is determined on the basis of the type of process operation and the nature of contaminant to be removed. Automation facility are given for the valve operation to minimize the manpower involvement. Solenoid valves are used for the backwashing operation in regular interval of time so that no sludge remains in the plants for long time, which may reduce the flow rate and plant efficiency..
